1. How does the order process work?
Once you place your order on https://www.7dayz.my/, a confirmation email will be sent to you. 7Dayz will then fulfill the order based on the details provided in the confirmation email.

2. Can I cancel an order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team promptly. However, once your order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Cancellation & Transaction Fees (BNPL / PayPal)
For orders paid via Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services (e.g., Atome, Grab PayLater) or PayPal, please note that these payment platforms charge us a non-refundable 6% transaction fee.

  • If an order is cancelled due to the customer’s own reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order details), the refund will be issued after deducting the transaction fee.

Example:

  • Order amount: RM100

  • Transaction fee (6%): RM6

  • Refund amount: RM94

⚠️ If the cancellation is caused by our mistake (e.g., stock issue, defective product), you will receive a full refund.

4. How do you pack my order?
Each order is carefully packed to ensure both safety and privacy:
1️⃣ First, products are wrapped with protective honeycomb paper.
2️⃣ Then, they are placed into a secure fold box and sealed.
3️⃣ Finally, the box is placed into a courier bag before shipping.

Our packaging is discreet and does not reveal the contents of your purchase.

5. How do I request a return or exchange?
We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t love the product. Please reach out to us—we value your feedback and will find the best solution. Kindly note that discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless otherwise specified.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for any mistake. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Once received, we will promptly resend the correct product according to your order.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. While we use protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage, shipping and handling are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you immediately.

8. How does refund work?
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund promptly. For order cancellations that have already been processed, please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
